We care deeply about privacy. As AI rules evolve, we commit to handling your data with care, transparency, and respect.

Effective: Mar 10, 2025 | Last update: Oct 28, 2025

1. Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how Aught Hour LLC (“Aught Hour,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use our websites, programs, and products, including initiatives such as Bell AI Fellowship and TaskCloud (together, the “Services”).

We design our practices to be simple and respectful: collect only what we need, use it to improve the Services for you, and be clear about your choices.

2. Data We Collect

We collect basic identifiers such as your name, email address, and phone number to enable voice, SMS, or account-related features. We also collect interaction data, including messages, call audio, transcripts, AI chat logs, and feedback you provide while using the Services. We gather usage data such as your device type, browser, general location (city or region), pages visited, features used, and timestamps to help us understand and improve performance. In some cases, you may choose to submit optional content such as photos, documents, or other media. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

3. How We Use Data

We use personal data to operate and improve the Services and your experience. This includes providing voice and text functionality such as transcription and response generation, personalizing content, measuring performance, and diagnosing issues. We also use data to communicate with you about updates, opportunities, or programs, to comply with legal obligations, and to enforce our terms and policies. In some cases, we use data to develop and test AI-powered features that enhance or expand the Services.

4. No Sale of Data

We do not sell your personal information.

5. Sharing

We do not share your personal information with other users unless it is aggregated or anonymized, or you have given us explicit permission. We may share limited data with service providers who help us operate the Services under contracts that restrict their use of your data to our instructions.

6. Voice, SMS and Phone Numbers

We use your phone number to enable voice and messaging features for Aught Hour programs. Calls, texts, and related data may be processed by trusted telecom and AI providers to route, transcribe, and generate responses. This may include partners such as SimpleTexting, Twilio, or Vapi. SMS messages handled through SimpleTexting are also subject to SimpleTexting’s Terms and Privacy Policy. We may store call metadata, transcripts, or voicemail to improve functionality and for quality assurance, where permitted by law. You can request deletion of transcripts and associated identifiers, subject to legal or security requirements.

7. Photos and Media

You own the photos, audio, and other media you upload or share. By providing media, you grant Aught Hour a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to process, analyze, adapt, or transform it to operate, improve, or promote our Services, including AI-related development and testing. Some processing may be performed by third-party AI or media vendors acting on our behalf. These vendors do not acquire ownership of your media and may only use it as instructed by us. We may reference or showcase anonymized or aggregated media for educational, research, or promotional purposes, but we will not publish identifiable media without your permission. We do not sell your media.

8. Cookies and Analytics

We may use cookies or similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and understand how the Services are used. You can control cookies in your browser settings. Disabling some cookies may affect functionality.

9. Data Retention

We retain personal data only as long as necessary to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. When data is no longer needed, we take steps to delete or anonymize it.

10. Security

We rely on trusted providers to operate and improve the Services, including AI platforms for processing, automation, and experimental features. These may include providers such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Twilio, SimpleTexting, Vapi, Make.com, Airtable, Supabase, or Google. Vendors may change over time as we test or enhance new technologies. Your data may pass through or be stored by these providers to deliver features like transcription, routing, analytics, or storage. Providers have their own terms and privacy policies, and we encourage you to review them. We minimize the data we share and use aggregation or anonymization where feasible.

11. Your Rights

You may request to access, correct, or delete your personal data, opt out of non-essential communications, or ask questions about our practices. To exercise these rights, contact us at contact@aughthour.com . We may verify your identity before fulfilling requests.

12. Third-Party Services

We rely on trusted providers to operate the Services, such as OpenAI for AI processing, Twilio for voice or SMS, Make.com for automation, and infrastructure or data tools like Airtable, Supabase, and Google. These processors handle data on our behalf and are bound by contracts to use it only as instructed by us.

13. International Data Transfers

We may process and store data in the United States and other countries. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.

14. Children

The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided personal data, please contact us to request deletion.
